Tasting Notes
Nose: Typical natural sugarcane sweetish top notes. Hints of funky notes with greenish vegetal and wet leather shying away behind the overwhelming sugarcane congeners. Fruity sweetish with melons at play on the nose with gentle honey and subtle vanilla hints making up for the natural sweetish profile.
Palate: Well-made chemistry between oak & cane juice spirit with rounded palate. Subtle oak & char induced gentle smoky notes that provide solid foundation for sugarcane congeners to evolve. Well-rounded and balanced palate with natural sweetish notes.
Finish: Grand manifestation of sugarcane juice rum with rounded and balanced sweetish finish. Subtle smoke coating that provides a fairly long finish with every sip.
