The Chassagne Montrachet Premier Cru Morgeot by Vincent Girardin is a great Chardonnay based Burgundy white wine, aged for 18 months in new oak barrels for 25%. It expresses richness and territoriality through a mineral bouquet that smells of mango, yellow peaches and ripe pineapple, in addition to hints of walnuts, butter, verbena and acacia honey, revealing itself in a rich and intense, deep and vibrant sip with ample softness and flavor, prolonged in a ripe fruit finish.
