LEMON DOU SIGNATURE

It makes use of the entire lemon, not just the juice. The whole fruit is crushed, squeezed, milled, and blended thoroughly to create the puree base. This is then infused into a distilled sugarcane-based spirit. This gives it a more distinct, full lemon flavor.
