Crafted to be endlessly versatile, The Sector London Dry Gin is a Juniper & Citrus forward Gin with botanicals that are typical to a London Dry Gin & some botanicals that are atypical & unique to Sector Gin.
Tasting Notes
Appearance - Clear
Aroma - Fresh and vibrant, with a pronounced juniper core, complemented by citrus, coriander and subtle floral notes.
Palate - Silky, Smooth, with bold juniper and lemon, followed by a bright citrus character from Valencia Oranges, Star Ruby Grapefruit and a subtle spice including hints of turmeric & ginger.
Finish - The finish is light and spicy, thanks to cubeb berries, and is rounded off by a gentle sweetness from ginger and lemon balm.
